There are plenty of restaurants I like. Heck, many of them I like a lot. But for a restaurant to make it to my "Favorites" list, it has to have blown me away in some fashion and, most importantly, it has to make me crave going back again and again. This list is organized by metropolitan area and is always under construction. Some of these establishments (especially ones not in Pittsburgh) I may not have visited in a while so I can't vouch for their current status, but I can say that at one point these have all caught my attention and I can't wait to go back!
